Terms and Conditions

We wish that your stay in our place be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. So, we ask you to read our Terms and Conditions.

  1. On the day of your arrival the check in is at 16:00hrs. The cabins need to be aired before the new clients goes in. The check out time is strictly at 12:00hrs (midday). We ask you to contact the reception one hour before you leave, so we can inspect the cabin. If you stay longer, there will be a charge equivalent of half day price. 
  2. The payment must be done on arrival, after completing registration form. The payment can be made by cheque, cash or bank transfer. 
  3. In case of any additional people to the cabin during the stay; the reception must be informed and the payment must be done previously. 
  4. We suggest you read the inventory on arrival; since before you leave we will proceed an inspection, and if any damage is found there will be a charge. 
  5. The maid service does not include the washing up of dishes. If you apply for this service there will be a cost of $2.000 
  6. The log fire must be managed and observed constantly by responsible adults. In case you need help, staff will be available at all time. 
  7. It is strictly forbidden: 
    • Bringing animals. Pets are not allowed
    • To make use of electricity and electric devices in the cabin with inappropriate purpose.
    • To bring and use without our authorization electric devices such as electric heater, electric kettle, and other high electricity consuming items.
    • To light any form of fire in the complex with the exception of the barbecue grill.
  8. The furniture in the cabin must be used accordingly. We also ask the clients when they leave the cabin to close the windows, front door, taps, and turn all the lights off. 
  9. The water is a limited resource, be conscious and use it with moderation e responsibility. 
  10. In relation to the above, we ask you to respect the environment and be sensible with the frequency you ask for clean towels. When you require clean towls, please leave the used ones on the floor. 
  11. Logs will be provided by the company. 
  12. The central heating is to be used during the winter only. The adjustment of heaters is exclusively for staff, who will regulate the temperature around 20º C 
  13. The swimming pool is not manned with a life guard. Adults and parents must be responsible for their children´s safety. 
  14. If you want to enjoy the Jacuzzi; you will have to inform reception with 3 hours anticipation. Maximum time of use of Jacuzzi is 1 hour; the temperature will be regulated between 60º - 70º C. 
  15. Available Hours: 8:00 to 19:00 hours ( Summer ) – 8:00 to 17:00 hours ( Winter ) 
  16. To use the sauna, you must inform reception with 1 hour anticipation, approximately. The use of this facility is available for a period of 1 hour maximum and the temperature will be regulated between 60º - 70º C. 
  17. Available Hours: 8:00 to 19:00 hours ( Summer ) – 8:00 to 17:00 hours ( Winter ) 
  18. Trash has to be taken out and put in the trash bin near the cabin. 
  19. To guarantee the tranquility for all our clients, the entrance of vehicles and individuals not staying in the complex are not allowed without previous communication to the reception. 
  20. We ask you to respect the quite hours (until 9:00 hours, from 14:00 hours to 17:00 hours and after 13:00 hours). 
  21. The circulation of vehicles inside the complex must be kept at slow speeds. 
  22. The reception staff are committed with the functionality of the complex and are here to help you with whatever you need. Please respect what is requested to avoid any troubler. 
  23. The responsible use of the facilities implies cooperation with the maintenance of the cabins and their surroundings, particularly the preservation of the green areas. Remember children are not responsible for their actions and adults have to show good example. 
  24. The mountain and surrounding areas are a national nature reserve; please keep this in mind and maintain harmony between man and nature. Do not destroy all the work and effort that has gone into making the area what it is today. Preserve and respect nature. 
  25. The administration has the right to refuse individual or ask clients to leave who are not following any of the above terms. 
  26. Goods and objects forgotten by clients will be kept under the administration responsibility for a period of 90 days.

Reservation and cancelation policy

The deposit will be deducted from the final bill, in case the reservation is cancelled your money will be refunded under the following conditions: 

  • If the reservation is cancelled 15 or more days before your arrival, 100% of your deposit will be refunded. 
  • If the reservation is cancelled between 14 and 5 days before your arrival, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. 
  • If the reservation is cancelled less than 5 days before your arrival, 25% of your deposit will be refunded. ·
  • If the reservation is cancelled on the previous day of your arrival, there will be no refund of your deposit. -

Cancellation of stay while in the complex

In case the client is already in the complex and for some reason decides to leave before the last day of the reservation period, the administration has the right to refund or not the cost of the days there are left.
